(KSL News) A new recall this morning, this one from retailer JC Penney.
The company is recalling Cooks Deep Fryers because the heating element can overheat, causing a fire hazard. Five incidents have been reported, including one in which a person was burned.
The fryers have the model number 22016 and were sold from August of last year through January of 2008.
