(KSL News) Fugitive polygamist leader Warren Jeffs is facing another lawsuit after being named to the FBI's ten most wanted list this month.
The suit was filed by Bruce Wisan, the court-appointed accountant now in charge of the financial trust of the FLDS church.
In the suit, Wisan accuses Jeffs of fleecing assets from the trust.
Four other men who once headed the United Effort Plan Trust with Jeffs have also been named in the suit.
