MIDVALE — Two men were transported to a hospital after they were hit by a vehicle Friday night.

A 19-year-old male and 25-year-old male were crossing 900 E. Fort Union Boulevard when they were hit by a vehicle, according to Unifed Police Department Lt. Justin Hoyal. Hoyal said the men were running across the street and were not in a designated crosswalk area at the time of the accident.

Both men were transported to an area hospital after the accident. One man had minor injuries and the other was transported in serious condition.

The female driver of the car was not injured in the accident and the vehicle received minor damage.
