(KSL News) A controlled burn got out of control in Washington County. Now drivers on Interstate 15 are seeing smoky skies tonight.
The Snowfield wildfire is burning north of Pintura, near the Black Ridge.
Authorities say the fire is not threatening any homes, but has charred 200 acres. Crews have it 50 percent contained, but warm temperatures and high winds are making it hard.
They're detouring traffic on northbound I-15.
Firefighters, engines, planes and helicopters are fighting the fire.
