(KSL News) -- ReAL Salt Lake wants to stop Salt Lake County from releasing the team's financial records.
County mayor Peter Coroon said the records should be accessible tot he public under the Government Records Access and Management Act.
However, lawyers for ReAL claim the harm releasing the records would do to the team outweighs the public interest in the records.
The county has agreed not to release the records until the appeal is heard.
