(KSL News) A Davis County man convicted of murder wants to appeal his case, but no lawyer will take it.
Robert Houston pleaded guilty to aggravated murder in the death of Raechale Elton in 2006.

He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Because he was convicted of a capital crime, he has the right to appeal. The problem is he can't find a lawyer to take his case.
A 2nd District Judge has now promised to help Houston find a lawyer so that his Constitutional rights are upheld.
