(KSL News) -- A very close call for a Taylorsville police officer tonight.
The officer, had stopped on 47th South to clear some debris from the road. He turned on his car lights. But just as he was getting out, another motorist slammed into the back of his squad car, pushing it into oncoming traffic.
The woman in that car was unconcious and taken to a hospital. The officer wasn't hurt.
