(KSL News) Kidnapping charges have been filed against a man accused of holding his girlfriend hostage.
Fernando Orozco-Trevizo faces one count of kidnapping, plus charges of assault and criminal mischief.
Police say he chained the woman to an engine block in their apartment and repeatedly assaulted her. The woman was rescued when a neighbor saw writing on a window asking for help.
Orozco-Trevizo claims the chaining was "just a game."
