OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- The health board for Weber and Morgan counties wants to snuff out public smoking.
The board has voted to start on a law that would ban smoking in public places. The ban would be county-wide in both counties.
The board did not discuss just what the new rules would be.
The board will consider the draft law in December and will have a public hearing on the issue in early 2008.
