(KSL News) A man has just surrendered to police, after SWAT teams surrounded a house.

Standoff in Salt Lake City Ends

Witnesses say people were arguing outside the home near 600 North and 800 West earlier tonight, and at one point someone drew a knife.

When police arrived, a man holed himself inside the home and wouldn't come out. A 73-year old woman lives there. She's apparently a relative and wasn't threatened.

Police say the man will face charges.
