(KSL News) Veterans across the state are being remembered for service to the country.
The sound of bagpipes filled the air in Murray Sunday for the Veterans Day parade. Crowds lined State Street to cheer for those who made some of the ultimate sacrifices for our freedom.
The parade featured a procession of fire trucks, military vehicles and of course men and women from different branches of the armed services.

Several places will be closed Monday in observance of Veteran's Day. But schools will remain open, and Salt Lake County sanitation services will operate as usual.
