(KSL News) An alarming discovery was made by two people who found a body overnight in Salt Lake.
Police say the two were driving home along 2200 North at about 1575 West when they saw a man's body on the side of the road and called for help.
Officers say there are no signs of foul play.
Lt. Issac Atencio of the Salt Lake Police Department said, "It appears that he possibly passed away somewhere else and was driven to the area and then just taken out of a vehicle and left on the side of the road."
Police have identified the body but have not released a name.
