(KSL News) A man wanted for questioning in connection with the death of a 68-year-old Murray woman was actually with police the day before her body was found.

Officers encountered James Tolbert Sunday night and took him to a medical facility to be treated for an undisclosed problem. He has not been seen since.

On Monday the body of Ann Poulson was found in her home, and her stolen car was found in Sugar House Park.

Poulson had befriended Tolbert when he was serving time for murder.

Police have not said Tolbert is a suspect in the case, but they do think he knows something.
