(KSL News) The head of the Ogden Air Logistics Center at Hill Air Force Base has another star on her shoulder. Major General Kathleen Close received her second star.
She has been promoted from Brigadier General, the rank she held when named to her post in May.
Major General Close received her commission in 1978 through the ROTC program at Colorado State University.
