OGDEN -- Another police officer injured in a deadly shooting in Ogden earlier this month has been released from the hospital.
A spokesman for McKay-Dee Hospital says Officer Michael Rounkles (pictured above on right) has been released.
Kasey Burrell is the only officer still in the hospital as a result of the Jan. 4 shooting that killed one officer and wounded five others. Burrell remains in fair condition.
The suspect, Matthew Stewart, is charged with aggravated murder, seven counts of attempted aggravated murder and production of a controlled substance. The Weber County Attorney's Office has said it will seek the death penalty against Stewart if he is convicted.
Members of the Weber-Morgan Narcotics Strike Force were serving a warrant at Stewart's home when they say he opened fire. Stewart also was injured in the incident.
