(KSL News) A Vernal man convicted of hitting and killing an elderly woman while driving drunk will not spend a day behind bars.
Timothy John Carlile was found dead at his home yesterday.
The cause of death is not known at this time. According to the local authorities, his body was found by family members.
Carlile pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide last month. He hit 71-year-old Sharon Robinson last October as she was crossing the street in her motorized wheelchair.
