"(I) just want it to get all over with so she can be put where she needs to be," said Linda Powell. "She needs to go to prison."

The case involved a fatal fire at the Boulders apartment complex in Provo in March which prosecutors say Kimber intentionally set, knowing people could be hurt. That is why she if facing two counts of murder.

Prosecutors say the fire marshal is finalizing a report involving the couch where the fire actually started, and that this will show the fire was no accident.

"It was a flame set fire, in their opinion, intentionally set fire, not accidental as in dropping a cigarette on a couch," said prosecutor Donna Kelly.

A judge has already ruled that Yvette Kimber is competent to stand trial. She will return to court on August 31st and if she doesn't take the plea deal, the case will be set for trial.
