ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP) -- St. George police have arrested an 86-year-old man on charges of child kidnapping and aggravated sexual abuse.
St. George police Sgt. Craig Harding says Gordon M. Briggs reportedly detained and fondled a 10-year-old girl. The girl was visiting family members who lived in Briggs' neighborhood at the time of the alleged incident.
Briggs' bail has been set at $40,000.
