PROVO, Utah (AP) -- Nature's Sunshine Products Incorporated is coming under increasing scrutiny by federal regulators for auditing omissions, income tax returns and its foreign operations.

Those troubles that could threaten its stock-trading privileges.

The dietary supplements maker acknowledged yesterday it had received a subpoena from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for internal documents on operations in 32 other countries.

The U.S. Department of Justice has requested the same documents.

A public company, Nature's Sunshine has failed to file quarterly or annual financial reports since 2005 and blames the resignation of auditors KPMG for the omission.
