(KSL News) When you write a bad check at a restaurant, it's probably not a good idea to go back the next day.
Yesterday a man purchased meal tickets at a Chuck-A-Rama in downtown Salt Lake, but he didn't have enough money in his account to cover the check.
When he returned today to redeem the meal tickets, store employees called police. They tried to stall him until police arrived but he pulled a knife on the manager and ran.
Police found the man hiding out nearby. He's now in jail.
