(KSL News) Last night the board of trustees unanimously approved a schedule of fare increases over the next three years.

The board also approved the fares for the new Frontrunner commuter rail system opening next spring.

The base fare for the rail system will be $2.50 with an increase of fifty cents for every station. The maximum fare will be $5.50.
