(KSL News) Salt Lake County deputies are looking for two men who failed at fraud, then assaulted an officer.

Deputies say they cornered the two men trying to use stolen ID at America First Credit Union at 4519 S. 1300 East. When deputies tried to block their car, the driver took off and rammed another deputy's patrol car, jumped the curb and drove over the grass. One deputy was injured in the crash.

Investigators say the same men may have already stolen from half a dozen credit unions.

The suspects drove a blue Hyundai Sonata with no license plates.

If you recognize the men, call the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Department at 743-7000.
