(KSL News) A man who police think is connected to the disappearance of a Spanish Fork teen will appear in court today.
Prosecutors say Timmy Olsen indicated to a number of people he and someone else were involved in the 1995 disappearance and death of Kiplyn Davis. But when he testified before a grand jury, he changed his story.
Right now Olsen is only charged with perjury, for lying under oath.
