(KSL News) -- A chase through Salt Lake County ended in someone's yard.

Police tried to pull over a man for running a stop sign, but he took off. He drove up to 100 miles an hour into oncoming traffic.
The man soon lost control of his car and crashed into a yard. Police say he was driving a stolen car with a stolen gun. And when they arrested him, he asked police to shoot him.
