(KSL News) A St. George judge is concerned about the medical privacy of FLDS leader Warren Jeffs.

The 5th District Court Judge James Shumate says he is trying to protect Jeffs' privacy by sealing a petition filed by Jeffs' defense attorneys earlier this month. Several media outlets, including KSL, have been trying to get the petition made public. The petition was filed last month after Jeffs appeared in court looking frail, fell asleep and drooled.

Jeffs is currently facing charges of rape by accomplice for marrying a teenage girl to an older man.
