SALT LAKE CITY -- Salt Lake police are hoping the public can help them identify a man who tried to rob a pharmacy in Sugar House April 1.

They released surveillance video that shows a man entering the Walgreens at 909 E. 2100 South shortly after 3 a.m. He gave the pharmacist a note demanding several different prescription drugs, but then he fled the store without any drugs.

The suspect is described as a white man in his mid 20s, with a goatee. He was wearing a dark beanie hat, a blue jacket and jeans.

Anyone with information should call the Salt Lake City Police Department at 801-799-3000. Callers can remain anonymous.
