SALT LAKE CITY -- If you've got a chocolate craving, there are a handful of local chocolate shops in the Salt Lake Valley to satisfy your sweet tooth. But there's one store that is a little bit different, and the owners now have their own reality show.
Hatch Family Chocolates, located in the Avenues of Salt Lake City, is about to be seen regularly on national TV.
As owner Katie Masterson explains it, a producer walked in one day and offered her and her husband a reality show on the cable channel TLC.

"We thought their angle is to show us: Yeah, we happen to be short, but we can do anything else anyone does, run a business, and that kinda thing," Katie says.
She and her husband, Steve Hatch, both have forms of dwarfism, a genetic mutation affecting their bones and joints.
The show follows the two around the shop as they work together. Katie is the more serious one, who is always busy working. Steve, on the other hand, is more playful.
Whether you're craving cherry creams, dipped Oreos or chocolate-covered gummy worms, Hatch Family Chocolates has what you're looking for.
"I got a little bit of so many different things," customer Bonnie Peters told KSL News the day we visited.
The store still makes its treats the old-fashioned way.
"Our chocolates are still hand-dipped. We make it all here, and we go through it faster then we can make it," Katie says.
The recipes come from Steve's grandmother.
"She learned from different candymakers. She made candy most of her life," he explains.
For the last seven years, Steve and Katie have tweaked and perfected their chocolate making, which will now be seen by the country. The two say they agreed to do the show in hopes it will boost sales and to show that being little doesn't hold them back.
"Above all, I want people to enjoy the show," Katie says.
The show airs Tuesday nights on TLC.
