The New York Rangers ​agreed to terms with defenseman ‌Scott Morrow on Wednesday ⁠to ​a one-year ⁠deal.

Morrow, 23, ‌recorded six ‌assists in 29 ⁠games ⁠in his first season with the Rangers in 2025-26.

He added 19 ‌points (five goals, ​14 assists) in 34 games with the AHL's Hartford Wolf Pack.

A second-round pick by ​Carolina ‌in ‌2021, Morrow ⁠has 12 points (one goal, 11 assists) in ‌45 career NHL ​games ‌with the ⁠Hurricanes ​and Rangers.
