CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Ben Johnson scored 29 points as Bellarmine beat Queens 88-84. Johnson shot 11 for 16, including 7 for 9 from beyond the arc for the Knights. Garrett Tipton scored 22 points while shooting 8 for 11 and 4 of 4 from the free-throw line and added five assists. Langdon Hatton added 14 points, eight rebounds and three blocks. AJ McKee had 24 points and Kenny Dye 23 for the Royals.
