NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Matt Coleman III banked in a 3-pointer with 0.4 seconds left to lift Texas to a 52-51 win over Oklahoma. The Longhorns won their fifth consecutive game and kept alive their NCAA Tournament hopes that seemed all but vanished in mid-February. Texas took advantage of three missed free throws by Oklahoma in the final 19 seconds, including two by Kristian Doolittle with six seconds left. Brock Cunningham grabbed the rebound and handed it to Coleman, who dribbled up court, slipped around a screen by Royce Hamm Jr., and pulled up for the winner. Doolittle led the Sooners with 20 points.

AMES, Iowa (AP) — Derek Culver and Miles McBride scored 17 points apiece and West Virginia outlasted Iowa State for a 77-71 victory. McBride hit four free throws in the final 16 seconds left to help quell the Cyclones’ last -gasp rally. Iowa State’s Rasir Bolton scored 17 of his game-high 21 points in the second half.

UNDATED (AP) — College basketball has reached the final week of the regular season in all the major conferences. A lot is still left to be decided. While No. 6 Kentucky has wrapped up the SEC title and No. 8 Seton Hall has earned a share of the Big East, the ACC, Big 12, Big Ten and Pac-12 all will come down to the wire. The Big Ten has a logjam at the top. Six teams are within two games of one another.

MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) — Two Kansas State football players are facing marijuana possession charges. Nineteen-year-old safety Wayne Jones and 21-year-old linebacker Daniel Green were arrested Monday night. They both posted $1,000 bond. The arrests come after three other Kansas State players were arrested over the weekend. Freshman running back Jacardia Wright was arrested for an outstanding warrant for failing to show proof of insurance. Linebackers DeMarrquese Hayes and Nick Allen were arrested separately on suspicion of DUI. Kansas State says coach Chris Klieman will handle any internal discipline. Klieman says he is extremely disappointed.
