Hi there everybody and welcome to KSL Golf presented by Siegfried & Jensen.

This week we're at Valley View in Layton where this Saturday is the Valley View Amateur. Cole Ogden is the defending champ, he shot a 6-under (66) a year ago.

Keith McCord vs. Dan Guthrie: This edition of the KSL Cup features two guys you see every weekend on KSL Channel 5 - anchorman Keith McCord faces off against weatherman Dan Guthrie. Watch as they put aside the suit and ties for golf shoes and a 9-iron on Keith's home course. First meet Keith McCord. Keith has been coming into your living room from the KSL studio for the last 33 years. And Keith is an avid golfer. Now meet Dan Guthrie. Dan has been manning the weather here at KSL for he last 6 months. He comes from the Midwest and is finding mountain golf fun and challenging. They will play 2 holes this week at Eaglewood Golf Course in North Salt Lake. The final hole will be played next week.
Putt for Cash: Time once again to try to give away some money in the Siegfried & Jensen Putt for cash. Each week, one person will have a choice of a 10 footer for 1000 dollars, 20 footer for 2000 or a 30 footer for 3000 bucks. And they will get 2 putts at it. This week's putter, Kevin Gurney of American Fork.
