LOGAN — All water services in Logan have been restored after a line break Tuesday morning left some residents without water and closed Mt. Logan Middle School, according to a tweet by the City of Logan.

Emergency crews worked to repair the water leak near 230 W. 1200 North, the tweet said. The southbound lane of 200 East from 800 North to 900 North was closed for several hours but has since reopened.

The cause of the leak was "deteriorated infrastructure," according to Logan City public works director, Paul Lindhart.

School at Mt. Logan will resume tomorrow, according to Logan City School District supervisor, Frank Schofield.

This is the second time in a week a line break has left residents without water. A water main break in Clinton affected water service Sunday.
