Trent Boulter reporting Utah is the leader in yet another category, but it's not one to be proud of. Employers in Utah are dropping their employees' health care benefits faster than any other state in the country, and it is having an effect on Utah families.
"Working families are being asked to pay so much more of the premium that they choose to go without. So, that's just really, deeply tragic," said Judi Hilman, of the Utah Health Policy Project.
Hilman says that a lot of it comes from the number of small businesses in Utah. But there is a solution. "Get involved in advocacy," she said.
