EPHRAIM, Utah (AP) -- The new president of Snow College says he has no plans to turn the two-year school into a four-year university.
Scott Wyatt says the school is the best at what it does. Wyatt, a state lawmaker and former prosecutor from Logan, was selected president July 19.
Snow in Ephraim, Utah, is one of three two-year public colleges in Utah. It has 3,000 students and also offers classes in Richfield.
Snow sends many graduates to Utah State University and has a partnership with New York's Juilliard School of Music.
