Man gets a High 5 for clearing neighborhoods of snow

The Ogden area has been one of the hardest hit places during the past couple of weeks, but the streets in one neighborhood have remained clean and clear thanks to Mark Howe.

Every snowfall, Mark uses his four-wheeler to clear the street he lives on and 11 others. His neighbors are so grateful for his hard work that they nominated him for a High 5.

Neighbor Robbi Davis told us, "He's an extraordinary neighbor to have. He is always lending a helping hand to everybody."

Howe said, "I have a four-wheeler, so I have to have fun. A lot of it was a labor of love, but it's just good to help people."
