OGDEN — A man has died after falling out of a window Wednesday afternoon in Ogden, police say.

The incident happened around 4 p.m. when a man police say is approximately 40 years old fell from the window of an apartment complex at 2245 Jefferson Avenue.

Police have not released the name of the deceased, and the cause of the fall is under investigation.
