(KSL News) Orem police arrested a man for stalking and raping his ex-girlfriend.
Colby Mower reportedly told police he had followed and watched the woman many times while she was at home and out on dates.
Court documents reveal he also admitted raping her on two occasions. Sunday night, he sent her a text message saying "I can see you." She called police who found Mower in his car nearby.
