(KSL News) Westbound I-80 in Parley's Canyon, from Park City to Salt Lake City, has reopened after being closed due to the weather. However, chains are required for semis headed through the canyon.
Also, Big and Little Cottonwood canyons are restricted to vehicles with four-wheel drive or chains.
