(KSL News) A bill that would make it easier to get bad drivers off the road has passed the Utah Senate.
Senate bill 34 would allow people to confidentially report bad drivers to the state and ask for additional driver testing.
Currently to report a bad driver a person must allow the state to release their name to the driver in question.
The bill's sponsor says it would make it easier for family and friends to report problem drivers without wrecking relationships.
