SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Five people accused of killing a pregnant woman at a Salt Lake City motel last year were in court today.
Four of them were arraigned, while a scheduling hearing was held for the fifth person.
This morning Kerri Armant, Andrea Martinez, Lawrence Valdez and Robert Collins all pleaded NOT guilty in the shooting death of 30-year-old Darla Woundedhead. The judge also scheduled them for several court dates.
All four are scheduled for a status conference on June fifth and a pretrial hearing on September fifth.
Meanwhile, a judge scheduled oral arguments for Todd Allen on May 12th. Allen has already pleaded NOT GUILTY. Finally, all five will begin their trial on September 18th.
Woundedhead was shot and killed back in September. She later died at the hospital, where doctors delivered her daughter by C-section.
All five suspects face murder and robbery charges.
