Dog found in Utah to be reunited with owner in Calif.

The California owner of a little black pup is in shock after getting a surprise call from Ogden.

After four years on the run, a little Jack Russell terrier with a pug nose turned up at a restaurant in Ogden.

The man who discovered the dog took him to a vet, who spotted a microchip. The dog's owner is not down the street but out in Anaheim, Calif.

When Dinsha Sanjana got a call that someone had found his dog, he couldn't believe what he was hearing. He said, "We'll, I was in shock. I was in total shock. I couldn't believe it. Are you sure? Can you describe the animal to me?"

Sanjana said he never stopped looking for Futon. The owner is still trying to figure out how he is going to bring Futon home.

In case you are wondering, the dog's name is Futon because his owner used to use him as a pillow.
