MOUNTAIN GREEN, Morgan County — One person is dead after a single-vehicle rollover near Mountain Green, Utah Highway Patrol said Sunday.

The truck towing a trailer was southbound on Trappers Loop Road at around 12:37 p.m. when the crash occurred, according to Utah Highway Patrol Cpl. Michael Gordon.

The truck left the roadway and the driver was unable to get back on the road, so the truck and trailer overturned, according to a Utah Highway Patrol press release.

The driver of the truck died from their injuries, while the passenger was uninjured.
