SALT LAKE CITY -- Granite School District officials know they have to make cuts, but they want parents and teachers to help.
The district is facing cuts upwards of $10 million this next school year. Just last year it cut more than $28 million.
The district has launched a community-wide outreach program to get input on where to cut. Participants are asked to fill out a questionnaire by April 2.
They can also visit the district website for more information and video presentation on the budget situation. CLICK HERE to visit the Granite School District site.
