SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Two men have been arrested in the September 2009 death of their uncle in Utah.
The Salt Lake Tribune reported on its Web site Wednesday that 33-year-old Brian R. Drown is charged with third-degree felony homicide by assault.
Officials also say that a U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested 27-year-old Andrew Brundle in Carson City, Nev. on an outstanding felony warrant on Tuesday.
Court documents say Brundle and Drown went to the home of their uncle, 51-year-old Doug Brundle, in September to get him to sign paperwork. Court papers say an argument started and Andrew Brundle and Doug Brundle starting pushing each other, with Drown allegedly getting involved as well.
Doug Brundle died the next day. A medical examiner ruled the death a homicide and said the cause was blunt-force injuries to the head.
