(KSL News) A three-year-old's curious hands led her mother to invent a new way to keep a car seat in place. A few months ago, three-year-old Marilyn managed to unbuckle the seat belt that kept her car seat in place.
Tricia Mandarino, Angelguard creator: "I had no idea until I took a turn, and the whole car seat flipped over with her inside, with her inside strapped securely, but the seat was to the side."
So, Marilyn's mother, Tricia, invented the Angelguard. It's a lightweight plastic cover that prevents pressure from reaching the seat belt release button. When it's time to take it off, an adult can just lift and pull.
Right now the Angelguard is only available online. You can get more information by following the link on our web site.
