MURRAY - Police said a Murray mom didn't want her son smoking marijuana behind her back, so she helped him get it. Now she's facing charges.
Tracy Thurman, 42, was arrested after the assistant principal of Hillcrest Junior High School found marijuana and a pipe in the 14-year-old boy's locker. Charging documents said the pipe looked like it had been used recently.
They boy told school officials he got the drug from his mother.
Thurman later admitted it was true. She is now charged with felony endangerment of a child.
