(KSL News) -- A domestic dispute this evening ended up right on the TRAX tracks.
The driver of this white car got on the rails just north of 1300 South. Witnesses say she had been screaming at a man, and chased him down the tracks in her car, until she collided with this van.
The crash critically injured the driver of the van, who is now in the hospital.
Police gave the driver of the car a field sobriety test, which she failed. Police recovered a box of wine from the woman's car.
They took her to the hospital as a precaution. She'll be charged with drunk driving and causing a serious injury accident.
