Andrew Adams Reporting Some teens accused in a Southern Utah child porn case may get off the hook.
The Utah Attorney General's office will not move forward with charges against some Monticello teens. They're accused of duping underage girls into nude photo shoots in the wild.
The ploy would basically work like this: the boys would allegedly drive the girls into the mountains then say essentially, "how ‘bout' some nude pictures in exchange for a ride home?"
Investigators say as many as thirty girls were conned, but the Attorney General's office says there's insufficient evidence to go after the teens that are now legal age.
The San Juan County attorney says he could still move forward with charges. It's uncertain, though, if he will.
