UTAH COUNTY -- Police in Utah County have arrested a man they now believe has sexually assaulted two teenage girls. The suspect has been an adult for only a few months, but police say his aggressive actions are very concerning.

Sergey Millett, 18, of Pleasant Grove was arrested on Monday after police say he and two juveniles asked a 16-year-old girl to take off her clothes for them. She refused and they allegedly took her to a home in Cedar Hills, held her down and forced her to strip.

Police say after they arrested Millett, they became aware of a possible second victim.

Sgt. Gregg Ludlow of the American Fork Police Department said, "We identified a 14-year-old female who he has engaged in a sexual relationship with for the past four or five months. We believe he has manipulated and coerced her into going along with these acts."

Millett was originally booked on charges of kidnapping, forcible sex abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He now faces six additional counts of forcible sex abuse in the case involving the 14-year-old girl.

"We feel like he is a very dangerous person," Ludlow said. "We're glad he is off the streets."

Prosecutors are reviewing the evidence and are expected to file charges next week. For now, Millett remains in the Utah County Jail. The two juveniles face charges in juvenile court.
