COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS -- A driver lost control of her vehicle in Cottonwood Heights Friday morning and crashed it into a building.
Police say the driver ran a red light and struck a vehicle that was coming through the intersection at Fort Union Boulevard and 2300 East.
Her vehicle then careened down a small hill and into the building.
The woman was uninjured, but two people in the other car were transported with minor injuries.
A red light violation citation was issued.
